PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Michael is a Founding Partner of Mueller & Hoffman Manufactured Housing and specializes in the sale of Manufactured Home Communities. Prior to the formation of Mueller & Hoffman Manufactured Housing, Michael began his career with Marcus & Millichap’s Newport Beach office in 1992 as a Sales Associate, focusing on the multi-family market. As an agent, he received numerous distinctions for sales achievements. Michael transitioned to management in 2001 as a Sales Manager in the Ontario office, where he was charged with managing, mentoring, and training the office’s sales force. Michael was promoted to the position of Regional Manager of the Houston office in December, 2001. He had also previously been charged with developing and managing the Austin and San Antonio offices.
Michael was promoted to Vice President in April, 2004 and First Vice President in April, 2008. In late 2009, he took over management of the of the firm’s operations for the Colorado region and served as the firm’s Special Asset Director for the mountain states, as well as National Director of Self Storage. While in Texas, Michael also oversaw the successful closing of approximately 1,300 transactions for more than $3 Billion. In 2014, Michael and Jeff Mueller were recruited by, and joined, CBRE to build the most productive Manufactured Housing Group within the industry.
As one of the top brokerage teams nationwide, Michael co-founded Mueller & Hoffman, LLC with partner, Jeff Mueller, in 2015 to help build a leading firm within the Manufactured Housing niche. Combining Michael and Jeff’s product expertise, and their vast and long lasting client relationships, they are able to make a market for manufactured housing communities on a nationwide scale.
