Jeff is a Founding Partner of Mueller & Hoffman Manufactured Housing and specializes in the sale of Manufactured Home Communities nationwide. Together with partner Michael Hoffman, Jeff has closed over $8.8 billion in career sales volume across 680+ MHCs, with an active pipeline of $600M+ currently under contract and listed.
Before co-founding Mueller & Hoffman in 2015, Jeff and Michael led the top-producing Manufactured Housing team at CBRE. Prior to that, Jeff spent 9 years at Marcus & Millichap, where he was consistently a top producer and the #1 overall broker within the Manufactured Housing group in 2013.
The team has set record price-per-space benchmarks in multiple states across the country. Combining deep product expertise with long-standing client relationships, Jeff and Michael make a market for manufactured home communities on a nationwide scale.
