Jeff is a Founding Partner of Mueller & Hoffman Manufactured Housing & RV and specializes in the sale of Manufactured Home Communities & RV Parks. Prior to the formation of Mueller & Hoffman Manufactured Housing & RV, Jeff and partner, Michael Hoffman, were the top producing team within the Manufactured Housing niche of CBRE. During his 9 year tenure at Marcus & Millichap Jeff was consistently a top five producer and the #1 overall broker within the Manufactured Housing
group in 2013.
As one of the top brokerage teams nationwide, Jeff co-founded Mueller & Hoffman, LLC with partner, Michael Hoffman, in 2015 to help build a leading firm within the Manufactured Housing niche. Combining Jeff and Michael’s product expertise, and their vast and long lasting client relationships, they are able to make a market for manufactured housing communities & rv parks on a nationwide scale.
